Grizzly Fuzz is a new performance venue for emerging music located in the Saint-Roch district, just a few meters from its big brother, Impérial Bell.

Grizzly Fuzz is the latest acquisition of BLEUFEU, the organization that runs the FEQ, Toboggan, St-Roch XP, Fono, and Impérial Bell.

[ ] What are the box office hours?

Located at Impérial Bell, 252 Saint-Joseph East Street, the box office is open on event days from 4 p.m. The closing time may vary depending on the crowd.

You can reach the box office by phone from Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.

[ ] What time should I arrive on the night of the show?

The doors open one hour before the show. To avoid congestion at the entrance, the audience is encouraged to arrive early for the performance they will be attending.

[ ] Is there a checkroom?

Yes, a checkroom service is available.

[ ] Do I need to print my electronic tickets?

You don't need to print your electronic tickets. Simply save them on your phone and present them at the venue entrance.

[ ] What if I haven't received my electronic ticket?

Your electronic ticket is attached to your confirmation email. If you haven't received your confirmation email, check your junk mail folder.

[ ] What should I do if I lost my tickets?

If you have lost your tickets, please call 418-523-3131 / 1-877-523-3131 or email [email protected]. We will cancel your old tickets and send you new ones.

[ ] Is there a bar service?

Yes, a bar service is available in the venue.

[ ] What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted payment methods for your various purchases are:

Online Box Office: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover

Physical Box Office (Impérial Bell): Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash

Bar: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash

Cloakroom: Visa, Mastercard, Debit, and cash

Please note that no prepaid cards are accepted. We also do not accept AMEX or Diners Club.

[ ] Are children allowed at Grizzly Fuzz?

Yes, Grizzly Fuzz is an all-ages venue, so children can attend shows without consuming alcoholic products. Note that some shows are exclusively for adults (nudity, violent content, etc.). For these rare exceptions, there is a clear notice on the specific performance.

[ ] Is there access and services for people with reduced mobility?

Grizzly Fuzz is accessible for people with reduced mobility. Our staff welcomes wheelchair users at the entrance (228 Saint-Joseph East Street) and guides them into the venue. To ensure your comfort and access, please contact us in advance of your desired show.

Yes. The venue is surrounded by restaurants and bars on St-Joseph Street, within walking distance.
